How we work

We’ll help you understand how healthy and aligned your company culture and systems are with your organisational vision and strategy. We’ll conduct the following activities and produce a detailed report including where your gaps lie and areas of strength and opportunity. We’ll then hand it to you to implement internally. However, if you need some support we can write the strategy and manage the implementation.

  • Visioning – senior team workshop to identify company vision and cultural aspirations
  • State of play analysis – including a review of leadership and management style, vision and values as well as behaviours as they operate within the current company culture. This will include individual interviews, questionnaires and group workshops.
  • Recruitment & retention analysis – review processes and systems surrounding recruitment and retention including approach to performance management and learning and development. This will involve desk based analysis and feedback from a selection of employees
  • Internal communications review – understand how messages are communicated internally and externally through recruitment
  • Strategy Development – We can create the strategy and an implementation plan which you can take and deliver internally,
  • Implementation – We can oversee the implementation, providing you with individual and team coaching to embed change successfully
