Since early December 2011 Penny has been writing a career column for the Nottingham Post website http://www.thisisnottingham.co.uk/jobs. She aims to provide advice and guidance to the professional community of Nottingham and help them take steps to get a job which suits their skills, interests and personal requirements. Each week she unpicks a certain topic and provides a coaching exercise to help them focus their self discovery and market research.
